1. About these terms
Breaking Studio is a video creation and editing application operated by LV Softech, Ganga Pura Jawahar Ganj, Dabra, District Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 475110, India. These terms apply to use of the app and its account and subscription services. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Account Deletion Policy.

2. Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate account details, use your own mobile number and keep your password confidential. Use a channel name, logo, registration number or document only when you own it or have permission from its owner. Do not submit false documents or impersonate a journalist, broadcaster, public authority or another person. Any registration, licence or permission required for your activities must be valid. Creating an app account is not government registration or permission to operate a news channel.
Channel verification is an administrative review of the information submitted to Breaking Studio. A verified badge does not certify government accreditation, the legality of every activity, or the accuracy of content. The app does not independently fact-check videos created by users.

3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the media you supply. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for photos, videos, music, recordings, names and logos used in your output. Templates do not grant rights to third-party brands. Review the facts, captions, AI speech and permissions before publishing. Do not create unlawful, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent or misleading content, violate another person's privacy, or use synthetic speech to impersonate someone deceptively. Label advertising and synthetic or edited content when required by applicable rules or the platform where you publish.

4. Free and paid access
The current free allowance is 10 video exports, with a compulsory Breaking Studio watermark appearing after the first three seconds. Paid packages have the video allowance and validity period shown before purchase; paid does not mean unlimited. Each completed export uses one video. Previews do not count. Failed or cancelled export reservations are released when the server confirms cancellation. Internet access and sign-in are needed for export allowance checks.
Paid-plan exports have no compulsory app watermark while the entitlement is valid. Unused allowance expires with the plan. Prices, export limits, validity and any taxes are shown at purchase. The current packages are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. If an active allowance remains, a new purchase can be scheduled to start after the existing package expires, as explained at checkout. Check your subscription page for activation and expiry details. Purchasing a plan does not grant media rights or channel verification.

5. Payments and refunds
Payment is confirmed through the payment provider; an order marked created is not proof of payment. Refund requests may be made within seven calendar days of payment under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. A refunded purchase may lose its associated access and allowance. Keep payment references for support.

6. Device storage and speech
Editing projects, imported media, profile branding and exports are stored on your device. Keep copies of important work. Clearing app data or deleting files may make projects unavailable. Account sign-in is not a cloud backup of editing projects. AI Voice uses your phone's speech engine; some voices send text to that provider online. Availability and pronunciation vary. Review generated speech before publishing.

7. External resources and availability
Useful Apps and other external resources are recommendations for convenience, not a guarantee of quality, security, accuracy or suitability. Third-party apps have their own terms, permissions, charges and privacy practices. We do not operate those services; this statement does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Features may depend on storage, device compatibility, connectivity and external providers. Contact us if paid functionality does not work as described.

8. Misuse, deletion and changes
We may restrict accounts where necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal obligations. Contact support to question an account restriction. You can delete your account through Policies in the app or the external deletion page described in the Account Deletion Policy. Deletion does not automatically request a refund. Updated terms are published with a version; existing acceptance records remain associated with the version accepted. Changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights.

For service, content misuse or privacy complaints, describe the issue and provide relevant references. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or card security codes.
