Getting started
Choose a theme from Home or Themes to open the editor. Add your photos or videos, enter text, choose audio and check branding before exporting. Use the heart icon to save favourite themes. Important projects and exports should be backed up separately.

Project size and media
The first theme sets the project format. Add Scene offers matching-size themes. Media of other sizes can be adjusted with Fit, Crop & Background. Review the complete video before publishing, including text spelling, speech pronunciation, permissions and factual accuracy.

AI Voice
Only supported Indian-language voices and English (India) available from your phone's speech engine are listed. A usable voice is selected automatically when available. Use Listen to voice to test it. If voices are missing, open Speech settings, install the required voice data and refresh the list. Online voices may send your script to the speech provider and need internet access.

Sign-in and password help
Use your own registered mobile number and password. If you cannot sign in or have forgotten the password, contact support for ownership-checked assistance. Never send your password. Editing profiles and projects saved on the device are not a server backup.

Packages and payments
Open Subscription to view free or paid status, available plans, remaining allowance and expiry. Current paid packages are one-time purchases. Payment created means the order was started; it does not mean payment succeeded. Use Check payment or Refresh when a payment is pending. If debited without activation, send support the payment reference before making another purchase. Refund requests can be made within seven calendar days of payment.

Channel verification
Open Channel verification, enter the channel name, registration year and registration number or registration copy, and submit for admin review. Only submit genuine information that you are authorised to use. Approval is not government accreditation or a guarantee of content accuracy.

Freeing storage
Open Storage from the navigation drawer. Review unused media, exported videos and temporary files. Check what will be removed and keep backups of files you need. Gallery copies may need to be removed separately. Files used by saved projects should not be deleted unless you no longer need those projects.

Policies and account deletion
Open Policies to read the published pages. Signed-in users can choose Delete account there. Alternatively use https://nwz.co.in/breaking-studio/delete-account.html. Server-account deletion does not remove local projects or Gallery exports. See the Account Deletion Policy before proceeding.
