PRIVACY POLICY — BREAKING STUDIO
Effective date: 6 October 2026
Version: 2026-10-06.1
1. Who we are
Breaking Studio is operated by LV Softech, Ganga Pura Jawahar Ganj, Dabra, District Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh 475110, India.
Email: info@nwz.co.in
Phone / WhatsApp: +91 9754066705
This policy covers the Breaking Studio app and its account services.
2. Account and service information
We process your name, mobile number and password to create and protect your account. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords. The current mobile sign-up flow does not verify ownership by SMS. Account identifiers, status, login sessions and accepted policy versions are stored on our server. Depending on features you use, the server also stores subscription dates and allowances, export usage records, payment and refund references, support tickets and notification preferences. Existing email-based accounts may retain an email address.
If you request channel verification, we receive the channel name, registration number or copy, registration year and related submitted details. Registration documents are stored on the server for authorised administrative review. Only submit information you are authorised to share and avoid unrelated personal information.
3. Editing media and local profile
Photos, videos, imported audio, recordings, editing projects, generated voice files, profile branding and exports are stored on your device. The editing workflow does not upload this media to an LV Softech media-storage service. Files and copies can use device storage. This is separate from documents deliberately submitted for channel verification, material sent to support, and text used by online speech voices. You control sharing to other apps and any device backup services you enable; those services follow their own policies.
4. AI Voice and external providers
AI Voice uses the speech engine installed on your phone. On-device voices can process text locally; online voices may send your script to the speech-engine provider. Check the selected voice and provider's policy before entering sensitive text. Language and voice availability depend on the engine.
Razorpay processes payments made through its checkout. Payment details you provide there are processed under Razorpay's policy. We receive transaction identifiers, amounts and statuses needed to confirm payments and handle support or refunds. Payment services may also process technical information needed for security and fraud prevention. We do not ask you to send full card details, passwords or UPI PINs to support.
5. Permissions and purposes
Media access is used for files you select and exports you save; microphone access is used when you record audio. Internet access supports account services, payments, support resources and online voices. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, errors and other technical information to operate and protect the service. We use account, entitlement and payment information to provide access, prevent abuse, answer requests and administer purchases. Channel details are used to review verification requests. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect users.
6. Links and recommendations
Opening an external resource, WhatsApp chat or another app shares information with that service according to its own practices. Recommendations do not transfer your editing files automatically. Review the external service's permissions and policies. The current app does not include an advertising network for serving third-party ads; editable advertisement templates are user content tools.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep active account information while needed to operate your account and service. Authenticated account deletion removes the account and its linked records from the active Studio database, including channel registration documents, sessions, policy acceptances, subscriptions and linked payment, usage, support and notification records. Local projects and Gallery videos remain on your device and can be removed separately.
Hosting logs and backups, administrative audit entries, external support correspondence and payment-provider records are separate from the active account database. Their retention depends on operational needs, backup rotation, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal requirements. Account deletion does not instantly erase records already held by independent providers. Contact us to request assistance with remaining information and an explanation of any necessary retention. We do not claim a fixed erasure time for independent providers or backups.
8. Your controls and security
You can edit local profile details, manage media permissions through Android settings, remove local files using storage controls, and request account correction or deletion. In the app, open Policies and choose Delete account while signed in; your password is required. Without the app, use https://nwz.co.in/breaking-studio/delete-account.html. If you cannot sign in, contact support for identity-checked assistance; never send your password. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the server account. See the Account Deletion Policy for details.
Access controls, password hashing and encrypted transport help protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and account credentials.
9. Children and policy changes
The service is designed for creators and channel representatives and is not directed at children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied personal information can contact us for assistance. Updates to data practices will be reflected in a revised policy and, where appropriate, communicated in the app. Contact us at the details above for privacy questions, complaints or requests.
