Using the service
These terms apply to Breaking News and nwz.co.in. Breaking Studio is presented as a product in development; its release features and any paid terms will be published separately. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
Accounts and channel approval
Provide accurate account and channel details and keep your login secure. Channel registration does not automatically authorize publishing: approval is required. Approval indicates a channel review, not a government licence, employment relationship, or endorsement of every report.
Content and permissions
You are responsible for your reports, titles, descriptions and links. Submit content you own or are authorized to share, respect privacy and copyright, and correct misleading information. You grant the service permission to display your submitted public profile and news metadata to provide the platform.
Publishing limits
Free channels can share one unique news video per day under the current service rules. An active subscription may permit additional unique submissions. Duplicate video IDs are blocked. News submissions accept supported YouTube links and plain text. Live submissions must pass the current-live check at publication; a live broadcast can subsequently end.
Subscriptions
Only rely on the price, duration and benefits shown at an actual authorized checkout or confirmed by support. The website does not currently sell subscriptions. Proposed Studio features are not a promise that they are already available. Any refund or cancellation terms must be stated before a paid transaction.
Community and applications
Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful or abusive content, upload executable files, or misuse personal details. Applying to a channel is a request, not an employment offer, appointment or guaranteed acceptance. Channel owners are responsible for their own recruitment decisions and agreements.
Moderation and availability
We may review, restrict or remove content or access when needed to enforce these rules, address abuse, or comply with applicable requirements. Service features can change and availability is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Questions or closing an account
Use Contact for questions or complaints and Account deletion to request removal. Breaking News is operated by LV Softech, Ganga Pura, Jawahar Ganj, Dabra, Madhya Pradesh - 475110, India. Paid-service conditions will be displayed before any purchase is offered.
